    Perched 900 feet above the Columbia River in the Ancient Lakes of Columbia Valley AVA, Cave B is 100% estate, growing 20 different varieties of grapes and making a large number of wines, from whites, reds and sparkling. They have 3 canned beer selections too! Guests can enjoy tastings on the patio with sweeping vineyard and river views.

    The winery sits next door to the Gorge Amphitheatre and on concert days, Cave B hosts live music on their outdoor stage with wine tasting and food trucks on the lawn.

  • Sagecliffe Horseback Riding

    QUINCY, WA

    Guided horseback riding for any experience level (reservations available for groups of 1-4 people). Your ride begins at the SageCliffe property, guiding you through the winery grounds and open desert landscape before descending along a private trail overlooking the iconic Gorge Amphitheatre. From there, you will arrive at the cliffs where panoramic views of the Columbia River and endless skies create a truly breathtaking moment. Each ride follows this signature route; the only difference is the size of your group. You can also book a one-hour private western horse photoshoot session.

  • Wild Horse Wind and Solar Facility

    ELLENSBURG, WA

    Get an up-close look at 149 wind turbines, as well as views of Mt. Rainier, Mt. Adams, Mt. Hood and the Columbia River basin. Take a guided tour and learn about wind and solar technology, and the area's unique natural history. Outdoor trails lead to a solar array, blade, turbine generator, gearbox and additional displays.

    The visitor center (Renewable Energy Center) is open April-October 31st, 9:00-5:00pm

  • gingko petrified forest

    VANTAGE, WA

    Perched above the Columbia River in Vantage, this state park offers beautiful views and very unique fossils. More than 50 species of ancient trees, including ginkgo, redwood, and Douglas-fir, are preserved here in stone, formed roughly 15 million years ago and revealed by the same Ice Age floods that carved the region. Walk the Trees of Stone Interpretive Trail past fossilized logs left exactly where they were found, explore the park's museum, or simply take in Wanapum petroglyphs and wide-open river views.

    A family owned and operated farm located near George, WA, and open to the public from April - September, Tuesday - Saturday 9am - 3pm

    Housed in a lovingly restored old gas station in the heart of Vantage, this local coffee shop is run by husband-and-wife owners Jake and Rachele, who bring espresso expertise and hand-crafted pastries to the town along with a story rooted in adventure and a deep love for Vantage.     Located at Sagecliffe Resort & Spa above the Columbia River near Quincy, near Cave B Estate Winery, Tendrils is a scratch-kitchen steakhouse built around shared plates and wine pairings. Dinner ranges from a Wagyu beef burger with bourbon bacon jam to a 12oz New York strip, seared halibut with curry pineapple salsa, and shrimp & grits with cajun sauce — with a rotating dry-aged steak feature on weekends.     A family-run bakery and deli in Ellensburg, Daily Bread & Mercantile is voted a local favorite for both sandwiches and baked goods.
