A spacious 2-story main home with 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, and a cliffside tiny home with its own bedroom and bath, perched just steps away. Book the whole property for the full group, or claim just the tiny home for a quieter escape built for two. Either way, you have full access to all the outdoor spaces and you’ll be standing at the edge of one of the most stunning landscapes in all of Central Washington.

Perfect for an intimate getaway for 2 people. The cliffside tiny home offers one open living space with a queen bed, kitchenette, bar-top dining, and a single sofa by the fireplace. The full bathroom features a private soaker tub and walk-in shower.

Perfect for larger groups, up to 6. Book the whole property—tiny home plus the spacious main home—with 2 king bedrooms, each with its own private full bath, plus a half bath and laundry. The kitchen, dining, and living spaces fit the whole group.

Location
Right in the heart of Washington, Vantage sits smack dab between Seattle and Spokane—just 2 hours from each city. It’s a 30-minute drive from Ellensburg and nestled on the beautiful Columbia River.
The Villa Vantage is conveniently located near I-90 and the Vantage Bridge. The location is accessible by car. Public transportation and ride-hailing options are limited or nonexistent in this area.

Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere on the premises, including outdoor spaces

This property is equipped with exterior security cameras that are clearly visible and outdoors only
Carbon monoxide and smoke detectors are installed
Due to geological factors, high winds are frequent in this part of the state, especially in the evening. This causes sand/gravel to blow and sometimes pile in the outdoor spaces. Be sure not to leave anything outside so it doesn't blow away!
This is a high desert location, where a variety of birds, deer, elk, rabbit, bighorn sheep and coyote are commonly found here. In spring and summer, lizards and snakes, such as the gopher snake and the northern pacific rattlesnake can occasionally make an appearance. There are also a variety of bugs that can be kept out of the house by keeping the doors and windows shut.
